Over the past few months, back to back virtual meetings have become the norm for our team, but we’ve all realised that going from one virtual meeting to another is quite different from our usual face to face meetings. Here are some ways in which our team like to mix things up and reset, both physically and mentally, between video calls: ⁣

– Where possible, schedule a 10 minute break to stretch and gather your thoughts for the next meeting.⁣

– Take a quick walk outside, grab a glass of water and a snack to keep your energy levels up.⁣

– Consider a change in location from one meeting to the next. If the weather is nice, why not take the meeting outside.⁣

– How about a walking meeting, walk around the block whilst on your phone. Studies have shown that walking while talking actually boosts creative output by about 60%!
