MEET OUR NEW DESIGN DIRECTOR, MATT MORGAN

As an experienced Design Director, Matt has been leading creativity to deliver fresh thinking for over 15 years in both London and Sydney.

Matt has a passion for solving business problems- strategically and creatively. Having worked with clients like Australian Open, Pernod Ricard, AMP, Audi and IAG, just to name a few. It has given him a breadth of experience across packaging and corporate branding.

As well as winning a few awards along the way he is also an active and past council member of The Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA).

So, what do you really do Matt? How would you describe your job to a 6-year-old?

Making things a little simpler for people to understand and take out a bit of complexity in this world. (My parents think I draw logos).

 

What are you currently watching on Netflix?

Start up – but anything crime related I’m into.

 

And what’s your favourite Spotify playlist/genre?

The older I’m getting the more I am drifting back to my roots of British indie. Play me a Britpop playlist any day of the week.

 

You’re on a deserted island and get one Uber Eats order – what will it be?

I spent way too long thinking about this one….but it’ll have to a Mexican.

 

What’s your super-power?

Understanding people and making them feel comfortable.

I’m surprisingly flexible for a larger man.
