Following on from the successful launch of the Amplify brand, Frucor Suntory wanted to extend the range with three new flavours – Passionfruit Lemonade, Peach Mango, Pineapple Coconut (a special flavour which supports Oz Harvest). At the same time a 750mL bottle and 250mL can were also introduced.

The key challenge for Saltmine when developing the can design was to create a background colour that would work with the brown glass bottles that already existed in market. The brown colour is vital for telling the hand-crafted and batch brewing story of the brand. And we wanted to achieve consistency of brand identity across the range, no matter what the pack format.

We also took this opportunity to optimise the front of pack communication and introduce a neck label to the bottles.
